Frequently asked questions
What are valid refund reasons?
Three reasons: (1) the ticket is refused at entry because invalid or already used, (2) the event is cancelled by the organiser, (3) the delivered ticket doesn't match the order (wrong category, wrong date). In all three cases — full refund within 48 hours.
How long until I get refunded?
Once your case is validated by our team, the Stripe refund is triggered immediately. The funds reappear on your account within 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Are there any hidden fees?
On concert tickets: none. 0% service fees, 0% commission — the price you see is the final price. On sport bibs, a moderate service fee applies, always shown before you pay: no nasty surprise at checkout, unlike Viagogo or StubHub which add 25 to 30% in fees.
How do you know a ticket is valid?
Every seller must send us their ticket (PDF or screenshot) which we review manually. We validate: name consistency, date, barcode, absence of a "non-transferable" watermark, and we cross-check with the organiser whenever possible. No ticket gets resold without this step.
What if I lose my ticket?
Your ticket stays in your Moovtic dashboard and is also emailed at purchase. You can re-download it any time from your account.
What if the event is postponed?
If the event is postponed to another date, your ticket usually stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, contact us — we review case by case and prioritise reselling your ticket.
