How the transfer works

Eligible bibs only. A bib is listed only if it carries HYROX's Flex or Lite Flex Add-On (the official name-change option) and that name change has not been used yet. A standard bib without this option cannot be transferred: HYROX checks ID at race-day check-in, so the name on the bib must match the runner.

If you're selling

  1. Make sure your bib has the Flex or Lite Flex name-change option still available.
  2. List it on Moovtic at your price, and it goes live once our team validates it.
  3. When it sells, you receive the buyer's full details by email.
  4. Log into your HYROX account and re-personalise the bib to the buyer's name.
  5. Once we confirm the change, you're paid your price minus 7% within 5 days.

If you're buying

  1. Pick a bib. The price plus a small service fee is shown before you pay.
  2. Pay securely via Stripe; we then collect the full name to register on the bib.
  3. The seller re-personalises the bib to your name in the official HYROX system.
  4. You receive the HYROX confirmation in your name, ready for race day.
  5. If the transfer can't be completed, you're refunded in full.
HYROX allows one name change per bib, up to 7:59 AM (local time) the day before race day, so a bib bought on Moovtic is for your own race and cannot be resold again afterwards.
